REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Glyne Worrell’s practice includes representation of corporate clients in the negotiation and documentation of real estate and finance transactions, secured loan transactions, project financing, business and corporate transactions, contracts, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, collections, and prosecuting and defending transactional matters. He also represents individual clients in business entity formations, and probate and estate planning matters. Before practicing law, Glyne had the benefit of a twelve year career as a commercial banker with First City National Bank (now JPMorgan Chase), where he served as a credit analyst, a bank examiner, loan review manager and later as a vice president and commercial relationship manager. Most recently, Glyne served as senior counsel for a Fortune 500 company, where he provided legal counsel to managers in the commercial real estate division, resolved property management matters in forty-nine states and oversaw a subsidiary engaged in the financing of and investments in various real estate projects across the United States. Earlier, as an assistant general counsel for a $13 billion bank, Glyne oversaw the legal commitments for the commercial real estate division, and served as the lead attorney in negotiating all contracts of bank’s insurance subsidiary, including exclusive service agreement with General Electric. Glyne started his legal career in the litigation section of Bracewell and Giuliani, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas.
