Commercial Collections Litigation

LLPPC represents creditors only. The commercial Collection Litigation group focuses primarily on business to business transactions. The primary goal of this group is to work with debtors to pay their debt obligation immediately or in the alternative restructure a voluntary re-payment program on their obligation. Working under the supervision of our attorneys, legal assistants and asset tracers, we pursue every avenue to amicably resolve matters prior to litigation. When all efforts to resolve fail, we will file suit and aggressively seek judgment, interests, costs and attorney fees if permitted by law.
